I arrived at the agreed time to find everything ready for me to collect the car. My part exchange car was checked with out problem and all the paperwork dealt with quickly. The only suggestion I have to improve your service is the extra charge for cleaning the new car and 10 litres of fuel. Given the cost of cars it might be better to absorb that charge into the cost of the vehicle. I am pleased with my new car and so far all is very good.
