Straightforward easy transactions, no fuss, no difficulties. All questions answered well and everything explained clearly. Fair price for my car I traded in and fair price for the one we bought. No pushy selling or attempts to send us in a direction we didn’t want to go. Folder with clear details of what to do before collecting the car. We came back to Direct Cars because I had a good experience buying another car there some years ago and it was just as positive an experience as the first time.
