“It should be written into law that all car sales companies should deal with their public the way that Direct Cars do. I cannot buy from a company who just hang around and try to pressure you into buying a car you don't want. The service at Direct cars is exemplary. You can wander round all day long, ask for the keys to look inside any vehicle, and the staff are there in the background (not hovering) if you want any advice. I've just bought my second car from them in 3 years, and I wouldn't entertain looking anywhere else. Andy (our helpful salesman) was very courteous and professional. The pricing of our car was very fair and we felt Andy was completely honest with us regarding all our questions. Direct cars offered us very close to what we hoped for the trade in for our vehicle. Our trust in Direct Cars is such, that even though they're on the wrong side of Sheffield for us, we will only take our car there for it to be regularly serviced and MOT'd - because we know, they will do a thoroughly professional job.”

“My interaction with Direct Cars was as a customer buying from the website but not seeing the car in person. I was sent a video of my vehicle and photos as well. All my queries were answered . I am pleased with my new car, the only downside was it came with no mats and the two new tyres it needed to pass it’s MOT were Chinese! .”

“Only had my new car for 2 weeks and there was a fault came on my dashboard. Called them up and reported the fault. They couldn't do the transport to collect my car. But paid for my transporter to pick it up and drop off. They called me the very next day and told me my car was repaired and ready for collection.”

“I was very pleased with how easy I found a car, part exchanged my car and drove my new car away all within a week. The service by Luke was really good. I didn't feel under pressure to buy. In fact they left me lone to wander around, sit in cars, ask questions when I was ready. Really good.”

“I knew what I wanted, ford puma, saw it on line. There was no pressure sales man, just said if you need anything hyst ask. Took it for a spin and bought it! Daniel was easy to deal with any got a decent trade in”

“The service we received was well informed, honest and to-the-point. We were there to buy a car, which we did. No BS, No product upselling, No salesman fluff or PCP pushing. Just good people providing a good service in a way that best suited the customer and situation. Really happy with the new motor so far. Would 100% recommend.”
