“It should be written into law that all car sales companies should deal with their public the way that Direct Cars do. I cannot buy from a company who just hang around and try to pressure you into buying a car you don't want. The service at Direct cars is exemplary. You can wander round all day long, ask for the keys to look inside any vehicle, and the staff are there in the background (not hovering) if you want any advice. I've just bought my second car from them in 3 years, and I wouldn't entertain looking anywhere else. Andy (our helpful salesman) was very courteous and professional. The pricing of our car was very fair and we felt Andy was completely honest with us regarding all our questions. Direct cars offered us very close to what we hoped for the trade in for our vehicle. Our trust in Direct Cars is such, that even though they're on the wrong side of Sheffield for us, we will only take our car there for it to be regularly serviced and MOT'd - because we know, they will do a thoroughly professional job.”

“Direct cars were really great. No pressure to buy, they let me wander around without any hassle but then when I was ready to discuss we’re happy to sit down with me. Test drove several cars before deciding. Ian was very helpful and very patient, as I didn’t know what I was looking for at all to start with. I would definitely recommend them, and would buy from them in the future.”

“The whole experience from seeing a car on line, ringing up to arrange to see it, the test drive, the trade in, the preparation and pick up, were ultra smooth, very friendly, and professional. “My overall experience with direct cars was good, the staff were professional and constructive and the sales process more straightforward than other car supermarkets. I did not like being told that there was a further £100 to pay to get the car into a fit state to drive away, this should be included in the asking price and felt underhand. The car has not disappointed, I had an independent check carried out for peace of mind and all was good.”

Thank you Duncan, glad to hear you found the process straightforward and our staff members professional. In regards to the £99 Pre-Delivery Package it does include a service, 12m MOT with all advisories rectified (if less than 6m remaining), valet and 10litres of fuel which we feel is value for money. It is optional and the vehicle would still have had a multiple point safety check if you chose not to purchase it. We're sorry to hear you feel this is underhand but despite this we are pleased to hear your new car has not disappointed and we do hope you keep enjoying it, and we we will look forward to seeing you again in the future.
