“Was pleased with their relaxed approach to selling cars and not pressured,leaving my husband and myself to just browse around the car without standing over us but if we needed to know anything about the car they were there to help, overall was a good experience.”

“I had a 4 hour journey to this dealer and upon arrival the salesman was ready and waiting with my new keys to greet me! I was made to feel very welcome by all the staff right through from receptionist on the phone to sales to service department in my buying experience. Nothing was too much trouble and the buying process was very smooth. Fantastic customer service!”

“Car is amazing...as described. ..exactly what we're looking for. ..it's even better on the road...Garth lovely man..left us to fully examine the car...no hesitation in parting with the cash.....huge choice of cars...would have no hesitation in either recommending or returning to buy again.????????????”

“So easy to choose a car and part ex... absolutely pain and stress free. This is my 3rd car from Direct Cars and will definitely be back. NO pushy sales staff trying to sell you a car you don't want. Nice to see Ian Whiting still there and Shaun Palmer dealt with part of my car purchase, both listen to what the customer wants and tries hard to accommodate them.”

“They were helpful and friendly and there was no hard sell or pressure . They gave me a good price for my car when I exchanged it. Everything went through swiftly with no problem. I can definitely recommend direct cars and will endeavour to use them next time I'm looking for a car . Ian Gosling was our sales representative. Want to say a big thank you to him and Simon.”
