“I would like to say that my recent purchase from Direct cars was definitely a very enjoyable experience. Everyone we have had to deal with has been so friendly and helpful, I can not think of anything that was a problem. I did have to pop back because of a warning light on the vehicle but again the staff were friendly and helpful. I was given a car while mine was in and the problem was fixed that day, even though a part had to be ordered. Brilliant service thank you.”

“Having found a car that was of interest at Sheffield, we booked a slot and visited. The car is in amazing comdition and clearly well prepared too, we were able to take our time looking at the car, and had a good test drive around the area. No pressure, we were able to sit and discus if the car was for us. Once we had decided Danny led us easily throught the stages of buying the car, and when we could collect it. Great service, plenty of time to inspect the car and decide. Thank you.”

“We had an excellent experience with Direct Cars customer service was second to none. To de able to browse and view the cars without being pressurised to buy was great. Ian was absolutely fantastic when we decided to purchase a car we had viewed. Everything was dealt with easily, smoothly and swiftly.
