“Having found a car that was of interest at Sheffield, we booked a slot and visited. The car is in amazing comdition and clearly well prepared too, we were able to take our time looking at the car, and had a good test drive around the area. No pressure, we were able to sit and discus if the car was for us. Once we had decided Danny led us easily throught the stages of buying the car, and when we could collect it. Great service, plenty of time to inspect the car and decide. Thank you.”

“We had an excellent experience with Direct Cars customer service was second to none. To de able to browse and view the cars without being pressurised to buy was great. Ian was absolutely fantastic when we decided to purchase a car we had viewed. Everything was dealt with easily, smoothly and swiftly. “Everything went OK as expected, car no big problems just seems to be a bolt missing from the boot area that could be sorted when I come back for no plates fitting, other than that quite happy up to now with purchase.”

“I recently bought a car from Direct Cars, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience – especially thanks to Luke, the salesman who looked after me. As a young woman, I’ve had my fair share of car sales experiences where I’ve felt pressured or talked down to, but that definitely wasn’t the case here. Luke was professional, approachable, and genuinely listened to what I needed. I never once felt pressured or patronised. He worked hard to make sure I was getting a fair deal and did everything he could to meet my needs. The team were open to negotiation, transparent, and made the whole process feel smooth and stress-free. I felt really looked after and left feeling confident in my purchase.
