“My car was a day late in picking up but was well informed about this due to waiting parts The overall experience was brilliant was allowed to look round car without anyone brothering us and would buy again form direct cars”

“Everything went OK as expected, car no big problems just seems to be a bolt missing from the boot area that could be sorted when I come back for no plates fitting, other than that quite happy up to now with purchase.”

As a young woman, I’ve had my fair share of car sales experiences where I’ve felt pressured or talked down to, but that definitely wasn’t the case here. Luke was professional, approachable, and genuinely listened to what I needed. I never once felt pressured or patronised. He worked hard to make sure I was getting a fair deal and did everything he could to meet my needs. The team were open to negotiation, transparent, and made the whole process feel smooth and stress-free. I felt really looked after and left feeling confident in my purchase. “This is our 8th car and each time the buying experience is so easy no hassle from the sales team which is a big tick in my book all the cars we've had have been excellent we still have our Kuga which we've owned for 6 yes now as well as our latest buy only a few days ago keep up the great work all at direct cars.
