“We popped into Direct Cars just to look at different types of cars. We wanted to change our vehicle but couldn’t decide which to go for. We were greeted by Ian who was so helpful!! We found our car and have to say the service by Ian and the team was great! No pressure from any salesman to buy. Great customer service. Would definitely recommend!! “No hassle you look for the car you want when you see it go into the showroom entrance where a salesman will ask what you require just state which car you would like to look at they give you the keys still no hassle if you want the vehicle its still no pressure sale . I have bought several cars from them over a number of years and always been entirely satisfied. Thanks once again Bob Loomes”

“Great customer service, extremely pleasant environment to browse the cars in, salespeople were in the background and assisted at the right time not over pushy just right in their approach & knowledgeable when the time came to make a decision. Bought the car and picked up all as arranged really straight forward and easy - would certainly recommend”

“Leading the car marketplace by example! Direct Cars never fails to impress! from the level of customer service right down to the no pressure and relaxed environment. Dave the assistant sales manager was extremely helpful and accommodating. Upon collection I noticed that the car had been detailed to a high standard. 6/5 definitely would recommend!”
