“I bought a Vauxhall Astra GTC from Direct Cars online. When I picked the car up it was exactly as described in the advert...perfect! The Salesman Tom was fantastic and handled everything prior to my arrival for collection. The whole process was a breeze and Tom was a star. Although I had misgivings about purchasing a car without even seeing it, and being up in Newcastle, I needn't have worried at all. The price was very competitive also, I have since seen the same model car for considerably more in other garages. I can not recommend Direct Cars enough, they really are a class outfit and I will be back when it's time to change. Thank you Leon Gingell from Newcastle”

“So far, we have been very impressed with our dealings with Direct Cars. Ian Whitting was so helpful. He wasn’t a ‘pushy’ salesman, this has certainly put us off purchasing cars from other dealerships. Ian listened to us and talked us through the process carefully. Nothing was too much trouble. The purchase of the car was an easy process. I also liked how cars were ready to sell and there was no stretches and chips which needed to be dealt with after we had agreed the purchase.”

Hi, Sorry that we had to delay collection of your new vehicle a day whilst we waited for some parts to be delivered, we endeavour to always make sure that all vehicles are ready for the day and time agreed, unfortunately for reasons outside of our control they sometimes have to be delayed a day or so, as we would prefer vehicles to leave our site with no issues rather than them have to be returned at a later date. Apologies once again and despite the short delay we do hope you are enjoying your new vehicle and we look forward to seeing you again in the future.

“Really happy with the service I received from Direct cars from start to finish. The staff are friendly and welcoming and whilst I had a lengthy delay in the payment being processed from the finance company I personally sourced they made sure I was comfortable and hydrated whilst waiting in the showroom. They went above and beyond and I felt valued as a customer both pre and post purchase which appears to be difficult for most companies to these days so it was a refreshing change and I will definitely be returning when I need my next vehicle, thanks to Luke, the lady on reception, the service guy and the rest of the gang at Direct Cars, Sheffield.”
