“service was great from test drive to purchasing (straight forward). Had an issue with automatic stop/start, called in person to inform them, the had our details and woulf let the service team know on Monday as the servix=ce team don't work weekends, didn't here anything, we then emailed them and got an answer quite quickly, sorted a day and time - got it fixed no problem”

“I chose Direct Cars as there was a good choice of cars advertised, with a couple I wanted to view. On arrival I was left to look round the cars, I then spoke to Shaun, Senior Sales Assistant about 3 specific cars I was interested in, which he unlocked to leave me to look round the inside. I chose one to test drive on the site on my own, before deciding to purchase. Shaun explained all the paperwork, and answered my questions, and didnt make me feel pressurised to buy at all. I was given a date when the car would be ready to pick up, and the collection went smoothly. I am very pleased with my new car a Toyota Yaris Cross. I was pleased with the overall experience of viewing and purchasing the vehicle from Direct Cars.”

“Luke was very personable and helpful to me, 65 year old woman buying newish car. Very professionally dealt with ,all extra questions answered and video sent as buying to be sent to Bristol. Dave also sorted some final bits ,all excellent service. Highly recommend.”

“Lots of cars to view but really went with the kuga in mind , had a look round , no pushy sale team left us alone until we was ready. Was amazing with us arranged a test drive , decided to have to car . The car was ready to pick up early aswell. Will use again but will be a few years as love the car I got.”

“I had a very good and hassle free experience purchasing my new car from Direct Cars. I was left to test drive and examine the car without any pressure or pushiness whatsoever. Nick Wardle was on hand however to answer my queries. He guided me through the handover process when I part exchanged my old vehicle and all went smoothly on the day regarding paperwork etc. I've had my new car a week now and loving it.”

“Friendly and great service. Asked to test drive a car which we fell in love with and purchased. There was no typical pushy sales tactics and we were given all the available options to us with the ability to make our own choice. Have used Direct Cars in the past and the experience then was the same as now. Would highly recommend.”

“Purchasing experience was great easy and fast very little hassle however incorrect delivery date was printed on paperwork However car was handed over with brake pads all around below 15% wear and valet quality was sub par large boot print left on passenger seat had to clean it myself properly”
