“It was a hassle free experience & when we identified an issue test driving the car it was checked over & repaired prior to us buying it in a no quibble at all situation. Would highly recommend for a good range of quality used cars in one place”

“Friendly and great service. Asked to test drive a car which we fell in love with and purchased. There was no typical pushy sales tactics and we were given all the available options to us with the ability to make our own choice. Have used Direct Cars in the past and the experience then was the same as now. Would highly recommend.”

“Purchasing experience was great easy and fast very little hassle however incorrect delivery date was printed on paperwork However car was handed over with brake pads all around below 15% wear and valet quality was sub par large boot print left on passenger seat had to clean it myself properly”

“Direct cars is the first place I go when I am changing car. The staff are always very friendly and helpful. They do not pressure you into buying and let you browse the cars at your leisure. The cars are well priced and I have regularly gone to direct cars. I would recommend them to anyone.”

“Absolutley no hassle or pressure. I was just left alone looking at the car that I ended up buying. Same again when driving the car around to get the feel of things. Friendly staff and just an around positive experience. Extra marks for having prices on cars rather than faffing around with QR codes. Makes it so much better when you have a budget to work with and you can see price straight away.”

“We had already been on the website and saw the car we wanted to look at. We arranged a test drive, which was carried out on the car holding space at the back of the building. They could do with a bigger space to do this. We were left to look around the car. I liked this as you don’t feel under pressure. When we had questions we went to find the sales man inside. We decided to purchase the car, which was very straight forward as we were cash buyers. There was no hard sell. A date was arranged for collection. The car had been valeted inside and out. When we collected the car it was all very straight forward.”

“Visited Direct Cars 6th Apr liked a black mokka went back 7th April it had gone I then spotted a red mokka, it looked mint,I dint test drive it just sat in it, spoke to Nick Wardle a complete gentleman he did everything required, I picked my mokka up on 14th Apr it was like drivin a new car, thanks Nick for the experience .”

“Great service, never felt pushed into purchasing a vehicle. Luke was brilliant very helpful and honest. He gave clear advice and even purchased car tax from post office the day I collected the vehicle as I was coming from Coventry to collect the vehicle I would recommend Direct Cars”

“I was disappointed to be only offered an internal test drive in the yard and felt I could not get a good test of the car. I was surprised to find that the car had to be paid for it in full before the car was brought around for us to inspect it after having work done to make sure I was happy with it . The car was prepared very satisfactory as it happens and we was very pleased with our purchase thank you .”

Hi, We apologise that you felt disappointed with the unaccompanied internal test drive in our compound, however if we had known this we could have arranged for you to have an accompanied test drive on the local roads if required. Our company policy for vehicles to be paid in full before collection can be relaxed in certain situations if needed and we are sorry if this wasn't communicated to correctly at the time. “Very friendly staff, would have given higher stars but not impressed they let us leave with a virtually flat battery which needs replacing, car very easily could have left us stranded if we hadn’t taken it straight home!”

“The website was easy to navigate making the job of finding the right car for my family a good one. I arranged to hold the car as I was travelling from Durham as the price was very competitive and when I arrived there was no pressure selling and allowed us time to make the correct decision. I would recommend this company”
