“Hi, nice friendly staff, I mainly worked with Nicholas wardle to purchase a mini countryman of which the sale details were conducted online, I enquired if the car had any imperfections to which nick replied no the car is blemish free. On driving down from Leeds to Sheffield to finalise details and complete the transaction I noticed a deep scuff on the rear wheel arch (driver's side) so I asked Nicholas what could be done about it and he said no one was here to deal with it and it could be polished out. It is impossible to polish it out as it is a deep scrape in the plastic wheel arch .the rest of the motor vehicle is excellent, I will not purchase another motor vehicle from you as i feel I've been misled & your sales person was not entirely honest . To make the car right it needs a new rear plastic wheel arch!. I would be happy to bring the motor vehicle back in if this could be arranged.”

“Bought our previous car from them so went back again. They let you browse at your leisure are not pushy at all no hassle. Luke was polite ,friendly and professional. Everything went through smoothly. Thoroughly recommend.”

“I recently purchased a Nissan Juke from Direct Cars and part exchanged my car. I love my new car and found the salesperson Matt to be extremely helpful and friendly. The entire experience was very easy and straightforward. Matt was not pushy at all, which we appreciated. I would definitely buy from them again. Very Happy 😊”

“This is the second car we have purchased from direct cars over the years . The custservice we received was great . We liked how we weren't jumped on and pestered like most car show rooms . Daniel was very helpful amd would highly recommend. We love our new car”

“I never thought I'd say this but buying a car from Direct Cars was a stress free and pleasant experience! I always expect the hard sell after agreeing a price for the numerous extras that are presented but I only had to say that I just wanted the car, nothing else once! Luke was a lovely sales person and he did not mention the extras again. The whole team are very friendly, the trade in price for my old car was good and I would certainly recommend this company. I will definitely buy from them again.”
