“Plenty of choice. Plenty of willing sales people. Nothing too much trouble for Luke, Ian and David - thankyou! Excellent turnaround from purchasing my vehicle to driving it home. I felt very comfortable and looked after from start to finish by said mentioned efficient, caring staff.”

“Great choice of cars, clear information and pricing on every vehicle and on the website. You can look round without being hassled, and when you are ready for help the sales staff are excellent. A test drive was arranged very easily and the process of buying and collecting the vehicle was very efficient. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.”

“When I was buying the car and having a look around it I noticed a wheel nut wrench in the boot, which was removed when picking the car up .This is why the 3 stars. The staff were friendly and informative, however I did have to wait on a decision of another customer who had already walked away from a definite deal ,this policy was wrong in my opinion and I was called later to be told I was now OK to cone back and view the vehicle. The car is fine and I'm happy ,but I was lead to believe everything in the car was included in the sale .So naturally disappointed.”

Hi David, Thank you for your review. In regards to the missing wheel brace we will look into this and see if it should have been there (as some vehicles with inflation kits don't them) and if it should be why was it removed and then we can organise a replacement. I'm afraid we had to make you wait for the availability of the vehicle as the other customers were still on site and undecided between 2 vehicles and it would have been unfair to them if we sold that particular vehicle to you whilst they were still in the showroom, once they decided to purchase the other vehicle we called you straight away, I do hope you understand this as we were simply trying to be as fair as possible to all involved. Despite the above we are pleased to hear you found our staff friendly and are happy with your new car and we hope you continue to enjoy it. We will look forward to seeing you again soon.

“2nd time we've bought from here staff don't 'pounce' on you and just leave you at your leisure its a shame you can only test drive on the car park though but fully understandable under the circumstances (Not sure if my photos uploaded if it has they'll be 4!!!)”

“A good all round experience. Wasn’t pressured into anything. Nice friendly staff. Close to where I live also. A lot of very nice cars to look & choose from. I would definitely recommend direct cars to everyone. I’d buy another car from them in the future. Thanks a lot.”

“Was looking for a specific make & model which I found at Direct Cars. Took the car on a test drive, was perfect. Ian the salesman was lovely, friendly, knowledgable but most importantly, was not pushy. Was a gentleman.”

“I was undecided exactly what car I wanted to buy so began looking online at Direct cars and narrowed my choice down to 3 vehicles. Shaun was working on the reception desk and took me to the vehicles and left me to sit in and look around them at my leisure. I made my decision and Shaun went through the process in detail and I had a test drive (on the premises at the back). I've bought two vehicles from Direct Cars over the years and like that there is no 'hard sell'. I picked the car up a week later, it had been tested and taxed. Thanks Shaun for a pleasant car buying experience.”

“The whole buying experience was made so simple and stress free. The fact that I could also do the test drive in their huge lot behind the showroom was an extra bonus. I was quite anxious before hand being a woman of a certain age and, dreading the hard sales technique that I have experienced in the past; but that was definitely not something they employ at Direct Cars. I can't recommend them highly enough. No pressure sales, test drive on the premises if you prefer and super supportive in finding the best finance package for you. Five star every time.”

“We came back to Direct Cars to trade a car we had previously purchased 18 months prior due to no longing needing a large vehicle after the passing of both my parents in 2024. The reason we came back was because we received excellent service the first time round with salesman Ian. There is no pressure. Direct cars make buying a car a pleasure. We have to say we are delighted again with our purchase and again the service was top class. Ian is a credit to your team and will be sadly missed when he retires”

“We have been looking for an additional utility vehicle for our cleaning services company, and we found the very best here at Direct Cars. It came with very low mileage. Intrestingly, due to the distance, we did not inspect the car physically before purchase and it was exactly as decriped, and was delivered safely. A few days after purchase, we had some concerns and Ian was quick to call to provide clarification and reassurance.
