We are very happy with Direct Cars customer service, Ian White is a wonderful guy looked after us very well, listened to us, no presure selling from Ian, a lovely experience. Gareth the finance guy looked after us well too. Thank you.

Staff very approachable. Wasn't pressured into buying and you can view the car alone. Shout out to Ian Whiting for going above and beyond. He managed to arrange for me to pick my car up a day earlier due to unforseen circumstance. Thank you Ian. Have already recommended Direct Cars to family and friends.

Ian ,the salesman was so helpful and courteous he really made me feel at ease with everything but the aftersales and customer care leaves a lot to be desired. I picked the car up on Monday and by Saturday I had a flat battery and couldn't even get in as the locks wouldn't open.I rang Direct Cars and Ian answered and talked me through how to get in manually . It still wouldn't start so I was asked to ring my roadside assistance as there was nobody working in the garage to come and help me, it was a bank holiday. Managed to get it started and took it back on Tuesday morning to get it checked out but was told that it couldn't be looked at for at least two weeks. As I didn't have much confidence in the car I decided to leave it with them in the hope I get it back quicker than the two weeks as I'm going on holiday soon.At present I've spent £13,300 and have no car ,they didn't hsve a loan car either. Neville , who was in charge of the servicing team , rang me up at 12.30 and told me I could pick the car up as they had run a full diagnostic on it and everything had checked out ok. Wasn't convinced but took it home anyway and up to now it's been ok. Thanks to Neville for getting me back on the road.

Hi Stephen, Many apologies that you had a small issue so soon after collecting your new vehicle and that we couldn't look at straight away with it being the Bank Holiday weekend. I do believe that we have managed to rectify the fault to your satisfaction earlier than we initially stated and we only needed your car for a few days. However it is lovely to hear that you felt at ease when you was purchasing the vehicle and we will pass these kind comments on to Ian. Very satisfied with sales team at Direct Cars espTom Breeze. They answered all queries promptly and professionally. The links to required documents all worked seemlessly. Everything happened as was explained and expected.

Very good customer service and confidence inspiring service team. I put a deposit on a car over the phone and when I collected it 10 days later the car was ready, valeted and all advisories sorted when MOT’d. Never felt any pressure to buy the car without being satisfied after the refundable deposit had been paid. Literally can’t fault the whole experience. I would definitely buy a car from them again.

Many nice cars and we picked one which was very good shame u could not do better on price or able taxed it but salesman was very helpful and kind

Irecently purchased a Renault Clio at Direct Cars and the agent who helped me was Ian Whiting who was very helpful and informative. He made the whole process easy and friendly. I would recommend him to anyone as he wasn't pushy and let you take your time in selecting a car.

Your sales staff were very helpful friendly and efficient ,would have liked a bit more money for my part exchange but was very happy with the car I bought, had a fault a Battery problem which was sorted within a few hours of me repotting it,great service thank you

I bought the car without actually physical seeing it. Which was a risk! But absolutely nothing to worry about, it came immaculate, not a stone chip or scuff on alloy at all. It looks like a brand new car! Great communication with Tom the sales man with an affordable delivery service which got delivered on time. I've just done a 300mile round trip and drove very we'll. Overall happy with the vehicle and would use Direct cars again.

We saw the car online and afew days later we had a test drive and fell in love straight away. The whole experience we had was exceptionally good and the salesman Nick was very friendly so would highly recommend Direct Cars

We chose Direct Cars to buy our current car from as we had always had a positive experience from there. However, the latest purchase has left us very dissapointed with the whole experience. Picked a car out which required some work doing to it, including a good valet, (the valet which we were informed had already been done).It was obvious the car had not been cleaned as the car was filthy and had a horrible smell. All issues apart from the interior valet completed before car picked up. After taking the car it took a further three attempts to get the car interior clenliness up to there usual standards. This required taking the car back to them on three occasions. Overall I now feel the car was over priced and we are left dissapointed.

Hi Gary, We would like to apologise that you are feeling disappointed with your recent purchase as the valet on the vehicle wasn't up to our usual standard. We always aim to prepare and valet our vehicles to get them looking as nearly new as possible, however it appears that this time we didn't quite get it right to which once again we apologise. We do hope that we have now got the vehicle to a standard that you as a customer and we expect it should be and that you are now satisfied with.
