“Happy with the car but I’ve had 2 messages to say it needs a service I was told it was updated so I phoned up and was told someone would call me back but I’m still waiting”

Apologies about the messages saying your vehicle needs a service, this was due to a IT system issue which has now been fixed but apologies once again that you didn't get a phone call explaining this.
