“Daniel was really helpful and we never felt under pressure. He was polite, friendly and did all he could to help. The showroom was very welcoming for children as well with Lego etc which made it an easier experience.”

“I went to purchase a vehicle but decided to choose another car which I am very happy with. The salesman let us look at our leisure no pressure at all, but when I found a car I was interested in we felt that we didn't have his full attention as he was buzy with other customers so it didn't feel totally personnel but it is a buzy car showroom so expected. Overall I was happy with the service I received.”

“Very helpful, not pushy, allow you time and space to decide, nothing was too much trouble. My only criticism would be that we were not informed that the road tax was not paid prior to collection. I feel that they could offer to add the car tax before being collect and add the cost to payment.”

“Great service ,no pressure. My only negative would be ,having to look in every car to see which was manual or automatic. A large A on the windscreen would have been enough to give a 5* review.”

“Loved that I could browse all cars without a sales person following me round I had 2 hours asking for keys to different cars till I found the one I liked Sean my salesman was brilliant The only downside which marked it down There were a few faults when I drove away this wasn't a problem. The lady had a patronising manner and shut me down and did you give me confidence. After leaving the car and not hearing anything after several hours I was told she would ring when there was something to tell me Ideally having bought a car and only driving 3 miles for the clutch to go I would expect a curtesy call and not to chase and be fobbed off Again Sean was fantastic the car apart from a hiccup fabulous It won't put me off buying again as I have bought two new cars from you in the past”

“The salesperson and the whole process was easy and straightforward, however, on collection the car was cleaned to a very basic standard, It was dirty throughout and required a full valet at an additional cost, the driver's seat was visibly dirty as was the steering wheel and all interior trim.”

“Overall experience good salesman nice guy no pressure left to look in peace they have very good choice of vehicles as well after deciding on a vehicle easy transition to purchase Vehicle Dacia Duster was well presented on collection and so far no issues had it nearly 2 months it would have been 5 stars but day after purchase when i came to use screen washer whilst away for a few days passenger side not functioning i was able to clear it after 30mins of fiddling and use of compressed air at my friends house it was obvious someone had had a go at sorting it as pipes where unattached from clips so a little disappointed it was not working minor issue and i am sure they would have sorted had i been at home but maybe buyer just take a few minutes to check everything before you drive away after purchase Overall i was satisfied with the experience of buying from Direct cars and would recommend them”
