“We were looked after my Shaun Palmer when I bought my 14 plate, Audi A1. From the very start Shaun was amazing and was always on hand to help us with anything. Shaun was not pressuring and the whole process of buying my car felt seamless and easy and far from stressful, all thanks to Shaun!”

“The car I was purchasing had sold itself to me so the salesman put very little in during the purchase or pre-delivery. Very disappointed to have to return the car as it had not been valeted.”

We are sorry you were not satisfied with the service you received. It's great that the vehicle had sold itself to you - this is a testament to the quality of the stock we display. As far as we were aware at the time the purchase process had gone well. On taking delivery of the vehicle you determined the vehicle valeting was not up to you expectations. To resolve the issue we repeated the valet, and gave you 15 litres of fuel for your trouble. We hope this has rectified the situation to your satisfaction, and hope you're enjoying your new vehicle.

“Made to feel welcome on arrival. Once directed to the area where the smaller cars were, we could look around at our leisure without salesperson input. Sound sales advice and informed of all the additional products available. No hard sell. Very quick to set up and process finance. An enjoyable purchasing experience.”

“No messing about, none of the usual car buying b*** s***, simple plain speaking and a joy to deal with. My car had a sensor fault after collection, I was able to take a loan car without fuss, and the car was returned to me with the fault fixed, and the loan car returned, again without fuss. At no point deal I feel under any pressure, and I've been delighted with my purchase”
