“Excellent service. As a lone female buyer it can sometimes be daunting to be in a car show room, but the sales staff were very welcoming and helpful. Everything was explained thoroughly, without being patronising, and my car was presented in an immaculate condition within a week of me viewing it. I'm the proud owner of a brilliant little car that is everything I wanted and more, cannot recommend highly enough and will definitely be back.”

“I would highly recommend Direct Cars to anyone. After my dad using them in the past for cars I thought I would give it ago. The thing I liked about them is that you have nobody hassling you and pressuring you into nothing. They will give you the keys and let you wonder around a car you like. Direct Cars have been excellent taking my first car on finance was no trouble or nothing. A special mention to Nick who I dealt with from the first time i walked into direct cars. He said he would call me a week later to check if my car is ok and he did. Great customer service skills. I am in love with my new car and I wouldn't change a thing about it. Thank you. Amelia Cooper”

“Whilst the actual administration was quite good there were several issues that were unsatisfactory and not as good as previous purchases. These included issues with the log book that has still not been resolved; scratch repairs to the glove box are abysmal; the rear air vent is broken and unusable; and the tyres with only 3mm and 4mm tread would have been replaced previously by Direct cars. In addition I had to provide my own car mats.”
