“From the moment we met Sean Palmer at the Sheffield site, we felt comfortable and confident he would look after us and we never felt under any pressure. It's not easy buying a another car when you have been used to the same one for 15 years, so we were out of our depth a bit. Sean was really polite and friendly and listened to what we didn't want and also that we preferred another Peugeot 308 and we got exqctly what we wanted. Sean gave us a very fair price for our trade-in Peugeot and the transaction was sorted satisfactorily and we arranged to pick our new car up at a time that was convenient for us all. I cannot recommend Sean enough, he was really great and a credit to Direct Cars at Sheffield.”
