“Very helpful staff and a brilliant service all round. Excellent range or cars to suit everyone. We travelled from quite a distance to Direct Cars to get our car and they very kindly held the car for us until we were able to view it unlike another car dealership we had dealings with. We will definitely be using Direct Cars for future purchases.”

“Salesman jack was good I'm just disappointed that I have to fetch it back when it was serviced should have had dsg gearbox oil & filter changed at 40.000 miles hope that will carried out With by your team I'm lead to believe if the vw oil is not used I will have problems I don't want to fetching the car back all the time. I hope to be using your company for my cars in the future. Many thanks Mr.R.Ali”

“Firstly. The website was clear and informative with the details laid out. It made our search easier. There were no ‘hard sell’ or catches. Next.....the showroom and car park was easy to find and the welcome was really nice. Having spoken to a sales person on the day before we visited we met him at the entrance. He introduced himself (Tom Breeze) and he showed us immediately to the car. He did not push us into a purchase but did just the opposite and left us to look over the car and take our time. When we needed to ask anything he was ready to help. He explained the details of purchase and introduced us to the man who takes the money. We never once felt ‘sold’ to. More the case of being invited to have a look. All in all we are very happy with the car and the way we found it and how it was presented to us.”

“Very impressed with Direct cars from the moment we arrived. Shaun Palmer was most helpful and there was never any sort of 'pressure selling', whatsoever. “The service was brilliant! The Car on offer was in perfect condition and better than I expected. The salesman was really helpful and couldn’t do enough to assist me. The trade in price offered for my car was very good. Terrific all round service and I would recommend them to anybody.”

“By being very accommodating. No messing. No pushy salesmen. I saw the car i wanted and the finance team were brill. The car i was trading in broke down the day before and they still took it in as px to enable that i still got the car i had set my heart on. A big thankyou to Nick Wardle and Zed in finance who made it all possible and stress free”

“I bought a Skoda Superb from Direct cars in sheffield. I felt it was very reasonably priced and after having driven it for over 1000 miles I am extremely happy with it. Customer support from Andy who sold me the car was absolutely excellent. He was friendly and helpful without ever being pushy. The car was serviced and in top condition prior to collection and a potential issue arranging delivery and pairing of a spare key was sorted efficiently on my behalf by Andy. Overall the company appeared well organised and professional and I would be happy to use them again.”

“The sales rep appeared very professional and anything he did not know he went to ask rather than tell me what I wanted to hear. He gave me plenty of 'space' to make my own mind up weather or not to buy the car I was interested in. And I was impressed with the follow up tel. call after the purchase one week after to see if I was still happy with the purchase.”
