“Found the ideal car after 6 weeks of non stop searching. Nothing was too much for Ian and Debbie! - Customer service second to none! Sorted me out! 100 miles drive to pick it up was more than worth it. Recommended to my mates ect! Cheers guys! My family are on your site as we speak!”

“Absolutely fantastic service, no pushy sales men no insults given regarding as to what they offered for my vehicle as a trade in, listened to me as a customer and fulfill my needs. 100% happy with the deal would highly recommend Direct cars to family and friends. Also Ian was such a gentleman and made the whole experience a pleasure from start to finish.”

“When I first looked around on my own i was really pleased to not feel pressurised at all. I took photos of a few vehicles to discuss with a friend, who subsequently visited with me to explore further. On making my decision I returned with my partner and dealt with Luke. I was able to take a short test drive on the premises. Luke explained everything and had a friendly but professional manner. I did purchase some additional products and I was confirmed of collection date. It was useful to have the information in the purchase folder as to when to tax and bank transfer the balance. On pick up Luke took us out to view the vehicle to ensure our satisfaction. It is the first time I have used Direct Cars and on my experience so far would recommend them.”

“Wasn't sure what car I wanted until arriving at Direct cars. The staff where very helpful and friendly. Anyway within an hour I'd seen the car I liked, the part exchange of my old car and collection of the new car was seamless, all completed within a few days. Straightforward and simple.”

“We recently bought our new car from your company. The staff were friendly, helpful and there were no pushy sales people. They explained everything and were reassuring when the money was transferred. The replays to emails were quick and personal. I couldn't fault the overall experience.”

“Very pleased with my car and the service received, however I have no Jack or wheel brace in my car, so can you supply these for me as they should have been in the car when collected. Happy to collect ring me on 07490 330444. Apart from that everything good so far.”

In regards to the missing jack and wheel brace, as your vehicle is fitted with a inflation repair kit, it doesn't actually have the jack and wheel brace as there is no spare wheel, I hope this explanation helps.
