“Good customer service, No pressure selling”

“Great selection of Cars. Easy to deal with. No frills. Not much movement when negotiating, which maybe a positive. More interested in selling extra warranties than what I was getting part of my package. I did not get the service mot and 10 litres of Petrol for £99. I thought that would be standard buying a car for over £18k.”

“I docked a star because I thought the sales person could had spent more time with us explaining the vehicle functions when we collected it. As it was because there was no user guide in the vehicle it was a case of trial and error!”

“service was great from test drive to purchasing (straight forward). Had an issue with automatic stop/start, called in person to inform them, the had our details and woulf let the service team know on Monday as the servix=ce team don't work weekends, didn't here anything, we then emailed them and got an answer quite quickly, sorted a day and time - got it fixed no problem”

“Great service, never felt pushed into purchasing a vehicle. Luke was brilliant very helpful and honest. He gave clear advice and even purchased car tax from post office the day I collected the vehicle as I was coming from Coventry to collect the vehicle I would recommend Direct Cars”

“I was disappointed to be only offered an internal test drive in the yard and felt I could not get a good test of the car. I was surprised to find that the car had to be paid for it in full before the car was brought around for us to inspect it after having work done to make sure I was happy with it . The car was prepared very satisfactory as it happens and we was very pleased with our purchase thank you .”

Hi, We apologise that you felt disappointed with the unaccompanied internal test drive in our compound, however if we had known this we could have arranged for you to have an accompanied test drive on the local roads if required. Our company policy for vehicles to be paid in full before collection can be relaxed in certain situations if needed and we are sorry if this wasn't communicated to correctly at the time. Despite the above points, we are pleased to hear everything was to your satisfaction and we do hope you are enjoying your new car and we will look forward to seeing you again in the future.

“My interaction with Direct Cars was as a customer buying from the website but not seeing the car in person. I was sent a video of my vehicle and photos as well. All my queries were answered . I am pleased with my new car, the only downside was it came with no mats and the two new tyres it needed to pass it’s MOT were Chinese! .”

“Only had my new car for 2 weeks and there was a fault came on my dashboard. Called them up and reported the fault. They couldn't do the transport to collect my car. But paid for my transporter to pick it up and drop off. They called me the very next day and told me my car was repaired and ready for collection.”

“The overall experience of purchasing was great. We required some scratches removing from the vehicle which they did. However we are waiting on the rear view mirror to be replaced which Matthew has assured us will happen. An we are waiting to be informed when this part is to arrive at Direct Cars.”

“No pressure service. Everyone so helpful but happy to leave you alone if all you want to do is browse. We’re more than pleased with our new car and would highly recommend Direct Cars. One slight critisism, and a very minor one is that our new car needed a service msg board resetting which, I was told, was a 20 minute job. It should have been done before we collected the car yet we’ve had to wait 3 weeks for the issue to be addressed.”

“We travelled from Teesside first to look at the car,and on the following Sunday again to purchase the vehicle and drive it away.I found the whole experience relaxing, with no pressure at all from the salesman. The car was and still is perfectly presented.”
