“Although, I'm always bit cautious about car sales but I must admit that I was dealt with very fairly. The sales person (Reece) was very good. Everything explained and done professionally. Everyone there were helpful and there was no real hard sell. Overall, I am pleased with Direct Cars and had no problems.”

“2nd car I’ve purchased from direct cars and I cannot fault the whole process, I set eyes on the car I was interested in and went to see Shaun Palmer one of the sales representatives, he was excellent and a credit to direct cars. I picked up my car a few days later and I’m very happy with both the car and the process.”

“Having been slightly anxious about buying a new car, I found the experience at Direct Cars very positive. We enquired about a vehicle and had it unlocked for us to look at independently and just told to come in if any questions - no pressure at all. Able to do a mini test drive in the car park area before going out onto the road if we chose to. No sales tactics seen at all which was very welcome, I would definitely buy here again.”

“The staff at Direct cars are so friendly and do their best to make sure everything is covered when purchasing your car, we had a couple of queries with our purchase which they dealt with without any problem they just wanted us to be happy. Andrew Talbot and Sales manager David dealt with our sale so professionally.”

“After owning my previous car for nearly 11 years, the time had come to upgrade. I'd seen a particular car on the website so phoned to arrange a test drive. Long story short, I visited again for a final check before purchasing the car. At all stages, Nick Wardle and his colleagues were very friendly and helpful - not in the least bit 'pushy'. Definitely different to my experience years ago, with other dealers!”
