“Competent and welcoming staff. Prepared to deal professionally with unforeseen teething problems in our purchase. If I was a buyer purchasing from afar, I would be confident as the company provided us with a courtesy vehicle whilst a fault was rectified. The vehicles advertised appear to be accurate on line. The premises and staff display an air of calm and the often unseen workshop area was a model health and safety site, encouraging to see the back room staff working as was apparent in positive working conditions. I am influenced in making ethical purchases as far as can be seen. Further congratulations regarding the way the company displays caution and embraces a culture of Covid protection amongst staff and customers too. Prompt and polite dialogue between customer and staff who we sensed have a pride and ownership in the company.in conclusion thanks to reception staff, Ian on sales and April who drove our mended new car from Sheffield to Telford ,both were so helpful in explaining the finer controls clearly which was strange for me as not changing my car for past 10 years. Hope my review is not too gushing but just an accurate account of our experience with direct cars”

“I dealt with Tom and Gareth and they were both great. Any questions or worries that I had were quickly put to bed and I am now the proud owner of an amazing car which is affordable too. Everything went very smoothly and I’m over the moon with my car and the service received.”
