“You are left alone to look around if you want to look in side a car you can just tell the receptionist the ref number and will hand over the keys.”

“Actually I was somewhat unhappy as my car wasn't ready for my arranged collection day.I had given over a week's notice and whilst I was on the way to pick the car up Direct phoned me to say the car had a fault and would not be ready to make matters worse I was on holiday to Scotland so was given a loan car for my holiday but had to return to Sheffield which was way out of my way as I live in South WALES. So not so great. The Staff were very good and looked after me but you can see why I only gave 3 stars”

“I was welcomed well by the reception staff and showed me the waiting lounge while I was waiting for my sales representative, also I would like to mansion the person who sold me the Car, IAN WHITING a true gentlemen who goes extra mile to make things easy a specially being a female buyer he was excellent and knowing his job and polite.”

“The sales people here aren't pushy. If you want a car you go to look for them. I got a reasonable price for my trade in after negotiation. My new car was ready to collect the very next day. Great after sales service too. I'd recommend them. This is my second car from them.”
