“Original salesman who sold me the car, was then off work ill. I felt I had to chase up the work to be done on the car before collection because of this. However, On collecting the car Ian dealt with me. He was extremely professional, knowledgable and helpful. He very much went the extra mile contacting me the following day with further info. Felt very much in his safe hands.”

“The technician filling the car check list in put a tick in the engine/gearbox to signify there was no oil leak this was not the case there was a oil leak which makes the check list a joke merely a box ticking exercise”
