“This was for second time we have purchased a car from direct cars. Not quite as good service as the first time we bought from them 5 years ago. They just seemed really busy( not a bad thing) and failed to explain a few things about payment that would have helped and ended up delaying purchase of the car. Really happy with the car we bought.”

“So easy to choose a car and part ex... absolutely pain and stress free. This is my 3rd car from Direct Cars and will definitely be back. NO pushy sales staff trying to sell you a car you don't want. Nice to see Ian Whiting still there and Shaun Palmer dealt with part of my car purchase, both listen to what the customer wants and tries hard to accommodate them.”

“I recently bought a car from direct cars . There was no pressure and everybody had a very friendly attitude . I am very pleased with the experience I had and I'm delighted with my new car . I would definitely recommend A visit when you next look for a new car .”

“They were helpful and friendly and there was no hard sell or pressure . They gave me a good price for my car when I exchanged it. Everything went through swiftly with no problem. I can definitely recommend direct cars and will endeavour to use them next time I'm looking for a car . Ian Gosling was our sales representative. Want to say a big thank you to him and Simon.”

“Car was higher spec than your advert. Sold as having xenons but full led lighting. Salesman was not aware. The electric windows only work when holding close button for 3seconds, salesman not aware. I only learned after downloading info from SEAT. GOOD DEAL OFFERED FOR PART EX. CAR VALET LEFT WHITE RESIDUE ON BLACK RUBBER OVERALL I AM HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE”
