I took it on trust that the car was as described in the advertisement and traveled 130 miles by coach when I arrived I wasn't​ disappointed and drove home great service

They made everything so easy. I applied online then someone phoned me and said it's been approved if I want to go look at the car. When I got there it was waiting for me and was perfect. There was a slight Mark on the bumper but they assured me it would be fixed. I went back a couple of days later to pick it up and can't fault the car or the people i spoke with.

Salesperson very patient and explained everything we needed to know. Didn't say he knew the answer to a question if he was unsure. Showroom pleasant and relaxed atmosphere. Everything was ready when we went to collect the car.

Very easy to deal with not at all pushy and of we wanted any keys or a test drive . No problem. A special mention to the guy who Delt with us Shawn Palmer very nice chap no pressure to sell he just seemed happy to help

No pressure sales. Nice calm atmosphere in sales room, given time and patience to look round and felt treated as an individual.Salesman listened to my needs and gave good advice. Car delivered on time.

We're sorry you were not satisfied with the level of service you received. Our records show that you booked in to our service department shortly after the delivery of your vehicle. The problem was with a twisted seatbelt, and one of our mechanics fixed this within 5 minutes. We thought this had solved the problem and that you were happy with the other aspects of your experience. Could you please give more details on what was wrong with your experience?

Good sales team . no car mats , had not been valeted ? lots of dust under head rests and car boot lid , smears on the inside of windscreen .spent two hours to get it up to my standard .leather seat part very dry needed treatment .

I received the deal I wanted, and when my car was serviced they fitted new tyres and brake pads, even though this was just an advisory.
