“We went to have a look at Vauxhall Mokka at Direct Cars. Upon arrival we could see there were plenty of cars to look at and all the cars were very well presented. Whilst we looking around nobody pestered us and a couple of sales guys said hello to us. What i did like was there was plenty of room between the cars so you could have a look around a car without bumping in to the next car. We found the car we went to look at and still nobody pestered us. We asked a sales guy called Andy for the keys which he swiftly brought us. He left us to have a look around the car and said if you want a test drive then let him know. He walked away and left us to have a look at the car. I gave Andy a little nod and we asked for a test drive. We took it out and drove it for around 5 miles. We agreed a deal and we bought the car. Overall my experience of buying a car from Direct Cars was very good. I would definitely use them again if they had a car I was looking for. I think what wound be nice is if after a week or so the sales guy gave you a quick courtesy call to see if anything was ok with the car but I'm not just picking out Direct Cars, I think all car companies should do it. Just a little personal touch.”

“Really good quality service. Andy dealt with us when we came to look at a car. No pressure at all. Car was spotless when I picked it up. A few small jobs were identified beforehand, and were dealt with, as promised. Will recommend.”
