“It was a pleasure to conduct business with them. There was for instance. no pressured selling from sales staff for addons you don’t want. Rather we were treated courteously throughout the buying process and came away feeling satisfied with both the trade in price for our car and the purchase price of the one we acquired.”

“I felt the customer service was excellent. Jack stoakley was really helpful and told me everything I needed to know about the car. I've been to other car dealers looking to buy or finance and they was very pushy. But at direct cars there was none of that which was great. As I am new to buying a car after just passing my test I was very nervous about the whole process but as soon as I walked through the door Jack put me at ease. And so did the fianacal advisor. Jack went above and beyond and I would recommend anybody to use direct cars :)”

“The whole buying experience was relaxed, with no pressure with the hand over being similarly pleasant. Our only gripe was that the remote key didn’t work .. I’ve had to order a new battery.”
