“I have purchased a car before from Direct cars, so when wanted to buy a nearly new car I had no hesitation in going there. The staff were very helpful courteous. The car was immaculately turned out , I was very happy with my purchase. I would go again and recommend Direct cars to anyone.”

“Pressured into changing my car with reassurance that new car would be more economical. This turned out to be very wrong. When I asked to swap back to my old car, I was told that by putting another owner on the log book the car was then worth nearly one thousand pounds less than I paid for it so it was a very expensive exchange. However Direct Cars are now offering the car I returned at a price of £5 less than when I bought it. Somehow I have the feeling that this is is not very fair. It appears that I am the only one who has lost out here.”

“Poor after service, multiple false promises.. still awaiting...5 months later for a return call to repair damage caused to my car by this dealer and advised it was a priority to be done!!! Made many family purchases previously..but this is the last one”

“Direct Cars are fantastic! I have been using them for 3 years now for everything car related - bought 2 cars from them, used them for my annual services, MOTs etc...I wouldn’t use anyone else as I have found Direct Cars to be the best of the lot. From the salesmen to the mechanics and the receptionists, they are all lovely, yet so professional...no pressure to buy, laid back but helpful. They let you look round for a car in your own time without pestering you and then if you choose one of their cars they guide you through it step by step. If you are thinking of buying a new used car, I would highly recommend going to Direct Cars.”

“I find direct cars the best place to buy a car from they are all friendly helpful and always look after you iv bourt cars from them for well over 10years and will probably continue for over the next ten years dave and shaun are the sales guys to ask for both 5 star 🌟 guys and zed in finance is also a 5 🌟 they all make you feel welcome and help you as much as they can thank you”
