“Possibly my best-ever car-buying experience. When I viewed the car there were a couple of minor issues I requested be sorted, We agreed on a collection time and date. When I collected the car everything was ready as requested, will definitely consider buying again, an excellent buying experience from start to finish.”

“From start to finish the service I received was excellent , Ford kuga was as described and an added bonus it also came with a detachable tow bar , couldn't fault direct cars in any way , would definitely buy from them again and gladly recommend them to anyone looking for a great deal”

“Salesman very helpful and friendly. No hassle to view the car in peace. 2nd car I have purchased from these guys. Car ready when promised only thing that let it down was the quality of the valet.”

“Everything was excellent throughout, from initially having a look around, to collecting my new purchase, and, a few days later, calling in with my old Reg certificate, reclaiming my bond, and collecting my new private plates. Tom Breeze was excellent.”

“I’m really pleased with the car that I have bought and the service was excellent. The sales person, Ian Whiting, from the Sheffield branch, was excellent and offered the kind of customer care that I really value. Ian was helpful, knowledgeable and conscientious. He was on hand to answer questions but didn’t push or pressure you. Ian ensured that the car was ready in the time we agreed. All together an easy experience and I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from Direct Cars in the future.”
