“The salesman and the process were really good, I think he was called Luke. But when I test drove the car it had a eml on was told it would be fixed when picking up the car there was no light but it soon came.on after 1 hour of driving. Booked it for 2nd week of December but don't think the car was properly fixed in the first place which is very disappointing but like I sed the salesmen was really good”

“I purchased a car from you a week ago after my own car unexpectedly failed it's MOT and wasn't worth repairing. I was helped through the choosing/buying process by Sean Palmer, who was very informative, answered all my questions and didn't put me under any pressure. He also ensured I had a courtesy car whilst my new car was ready. Although I have only had it a week, I like my new car and think I have made a good decision. My only small complaint about it is the smell of cigars? from the previous owner which is strong and not going away despite several air fresheners. I can't remember the smell when I test drove it it. Can you suggest anything to remove it? A friend suggested changing the filter? I appreciate being treated fairly by Direct Cars.”

“Went to look for a car we were allowed to walk round without being pressured into buying. Went back next day test drive it and bought it. The salesman Tom was very pleasant and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend”

“Very good.I am Whiting was extemely helpful and friendly. Much of the car was unfamiliar to me with all its modern gadgets but he took time to explain the basics to me before I set off home.”

“Happy with the car but I’ve had 2 messages to say it needs a service I was told it was updated so I phoned up and was told someone would call me back but I’m still waiting”
