“My car had a few faults that were corrected but took ages. Been told the car was overpriced but my fault for not checking before I purchased it. I was made to feel a bit stupid at one point told the roof lining had been done But manager and under manager were not pleased with it, why phone me and tell me that if they are not happy why would I be. When I went to pick up car, I was offered keys, lady didn't tell me where it was, and I had to ask for someone to go over repairs with me. She said they don't normally do that, just gave me the repair sheet and said that's all that's been done. The gentleman who came out was very thorough and explained everything that had been done Think he was manager of repair dept. Is it because I'm a lady on my own, perhaps not but that's how I felt.”

Hi Ann, Sorry to hear you that you had a few issues so soon after purchase and we send our sincere apologies that the repairs took longer than anticipated, we wanted to make sure everything was perfect before we released your car back to you and our service receptionist was simply just keeping you updated and informed of proceedings. “Straightforward easy transactions, no fuss, no difficulties. All questions answered well and everything explained clearly. Fair price for my car I traded in and fair price for the one we bought. No pushy selling or attempts to send us in a direction we didn’t want to go. Folder with clear details of what to do before collecting the car. We came back to Direct Cars because I had a good experience buying another car there some years ago and it was just as positive an experience as the first time.”

“Excellent experience. Very knowledgeable and helpful. This was the first car that I had bought alone and I was made very welcome and put at ease. No pressure and a very easy process. Wouldn't hesitate to buy another vehicle from them. Great Company to deal with.”

“Spotted a car which I liked. Travelled from Manchester to view. Spoke to Ian who was very friendly and extremely helpful and could not do enough. The car was well presented. All round great service and experience. nothing was too much trouble.”
