“The salesperson Ian was really good and I felt I was in capable hands, I was not harassed or followed around I could wander around on my own and look at cars a really good experience. I would definently recommend Direct Cars”

“Turned up to look for a new car and wasn’t bombarded with sales people. Amazing! And then when I was ready to view inside of cars the reception desk were friendly and gave me keys to look freely still left me alone, then I booked a test drive and the next day bought the car, everyone was super friendly couldn’t of asked for a better experience. Went to pick the car up and my car was clean had uptodate mot and service”

“Our second purchase at Direct Cars and again very pleased. Never any pressure from sales team. When looking at a car they leave you to it and you have as much time as you need without any sales pitch. Dealt with Ian again and he is very polite, friendly and professional. Cars are always immaculately presented I would certainly recommend them.”

“This latest car it the 6th purchase from Direct Cars and as always I’m highly satisfied with the no nonsense, hassle free, pressure free process - hence it’s our first port of call when looking for a new car. My only grumble is with the RAC gap insurance that requires you to register personal bank details in order to qualify for 12 breakdown cover and this is not disclosed in advance !”

“I recently bought a car from Direct Cars. It was ready on time and had been prepared well. Unfortunately the next day it would not start but they were out with a loan car very quickly. They replaced the battery and found a faulty sensor which they replaced. Thank you Nick the salesman and Debbie in the service dept for speedy service.”
