“This is our first purchase with Direct Cars and it was made to be a pleasant, hassle free experience by our Salesman Andy. We were left alone to view the car in our own time, took a test drive and offered a realistic part exchange for our trade in. What pleased us most was the absence of hard selling of add ons and products. When we picked the car up a week later, the car had been prepared as our instructions and Andy gave us a brief demonstration on the car layout and operation. We also received a courtesy call a few days later to ask how things were going with the car.....good customer service and we would definitely buy from Direct Cars again”

“Very friendly, very relaxed and easy to talk to, all the staff were very helpful. Excellent collection of cars to choose from, large compound and a stunning show room. A nice touch was to be called back after a couple of days to see how happy we are with our new car. Excellent”

“It was a pleasurable experience buying from Direct Cars. Jack was helpful and curtious but there was no hard sell and we were offered a good trade in price for our old car. We had a good test drive and the car sold itself as it was presented well and Jack was knowledgeable about the vehicle and was able to answer all our questions. The car was ready for us to pick up at the time arranged and we even got a call a week later to check that we were still happy with the car. We would not hesitate to recommend buying from Direct Cars.”

“We went to have a look at Vauxhall Mokka at Direct Cars. Upon arrival we could see there were plenty of cars to look at and all the cars were very well presented. Whilst we looking around nobody pestered us and a couple of sales guys said hello to us. What i did like was there was plenty of room between the cars so you could have a look around a car without bumping in to the next car. We found the car we went to look at and still nobody pestered us. We asked a sales guy called Andy for the keys which he swiftly brought us. He left us to have a look around the car and said if you want a test drive then let him know. He walked away and left us to have a look at the car. I gave Andy a little nod and we asked for a test drive. We took it out and drove it for around 5 miles. We agreed a deal and we bought the car. Overall my experience of buying a car from Direct Cars was very good. I would definitely use them again if they had a car I was looking for. I think what wound be nice is if after a week or so the sales guy gave you a quick courtesy call to see if anything was ok with the car but I'm not just picking out Direct Cars, I think all car companies should do it. Just a little personal touch.”
