“The whole buying experience was relaxed, with no pressure with the hand over being similarly pleasant. Our only gripe was that the remote key didn’t work .. I’ve had to order a new battery.”

“Bought a few cars from here, good quality carand. Good attentive friendly staff, last one we bought was a Mercedes A180 From Shaun, helpful even helping me at the gates lol. Gareth in finance is a good lad and always look after you. Thank Louise and Mark Greaves”

“this is the 3rd car i have bought off Direct Cars. We all know you can never win in buying and selling cars, but i think Direct cars are one of the fairest dealers i have come across. They have a no fuss approach with no pressure. I have also used the same salesman who was friendly and polite and kept me informed as to when the car would be ready. The car was handed over in an immaculate condition at a time to suit me. i will be back”

“My salesman Jack was organised, not pushy and gave me chance to have a good look at the cars that fit my requirements without hovering around me. Not having bought a new car for many years, it was pleasant experience for me. Great choice of cars that fit the bill so I am happy to recommend Direct Cars. I am really happy with my new car.”
