“Shaun was very good with us, we went looking for a new car and found one but couldn’t decide between an aygo and a yaris, he gave us all the information on both cars we wanted to sleep on it, decided the next to purchase the both of them, Shaun was so surprised and pleased and so are we, love both of them.”

“Been a while since I bought a new car, I was pleasantly surprised that the sales person Shaune was not pushy he gave us space and all our questions were answered. I came away very happy and a date arranged to pick my new car up.”

“Shaun was very patient with us and listened carefully to why we were looking to change our VW Polo for a smaller car. Having decided upon a Kia Picanto Shaun was not pushy (as we had experienced at other dealers) and allowed us plenty of time to view various models on sale. Although short staffed he allowed us the opportunity to test drive 2 cars around the grounds and was happy to arrange a time later for us to road test the same 2 vehicles. We felt that either would answer our needs. Again Shaun was not pushy and never tried to make our minds up for us or try to persuade us in any way to choose the more expensive option. We were very happy with our experience and with our purchase.”

“My wife and I decided to check out Direct Cars to replace her current car, she was offered a good deal for a trade in and we felt no pressure to ether buy or sell. We decided on a car we saw and went through the buying and purchasing process. Stuart the salesman and Philip the financial manager we're very professional and friendly. We are very happy with our purchase and the service offered.”

“We were met at the door by Tom, who ensured clear access for us by opening the door as we had my father-in-law with us in a wheelchair. We stated why we were visiting and Tom allowed us to view the vehicle we were interested in. Tom did not need or try a hard sell, as the vehicle sold itself to ud as it suited our needs completely. Everything went smoothly and we are more than pleased with the service we received as much as we are over the moon with our vehicle.”
