“Very pleasant and easy to deal with. The car I bought was beautifully prepared. When they had to delay delivery but a day they had no hesitation in filling the fuel tank as compensation for my inconvenience.”

“Really happy with the service I received from Direct cars from start to finish. The staff are friendly and welcoming and whilst I had a lengthy delay in the payment being processed from the finance company I personally sourced they made sure I was comfortable and hydrated whilst waiting in the showroom. They went above and beyond and I felt valued as a customer both pre and post purchase which appears to be difficult for most companies to these days so it was a refreshing change and I will definitely be returning when I need my next vehicle, thanks to Luke, the lady on reception, the service guy and the rest of the gang at Direct Cars, Sheffield.”

“Shaun palmer who sold me the car was very good He even done my phone into the system and also tax the car he showed me how the sat nav works 10 out of 10 to the salesman even got a coffee brilliant”

“Very good selection of cars. Staff were very friendly and quick to offer chance of viewing vehicles. Tom was easy to talk to and gave good information about the vehicle in question and the procedure for purchasing. When collecting the vehicle i was pleased to be dealt with again in a very pleasant and comfortable manner. Very good overall experience.”
