“Was a very good experience, Nick was very helpful but not pushy. I came to view the car & was left entirely alone to have a good look. Came back on a second visit to test drive & again Nick was very helpful. My part exchange valuation was fair ( we always want a bit more!!). On the day of pick up all went smoothly and the balance owed to me was paid into the bank the same day.”

“Had a great experience with Direct Cars. I saw a car I was interested in and spoke with them on their chat function. They responded instantly and we sorted out a test drive quickly. What I particularly liked about them is that they weren't pushy with trying to sell me the car at all. They left me to it to have a look by myself and were on hand for any questions I had. I would highly recommend them. They have a great selection of cars, that are not overpriced. They are personable and knowledgeable. I love my new car! So thank you Direct cars team, in particular Nick who sold me my new car!”

“Booked a test drive via messenger on the Friday morning, Direct Cars put the keys to one side for me until I arrived that evening. I noticed the car on arrival and as I was giving it a quick look over, Tom came out with the keys and told me to have a proper look round and left me to it. Tom was really friendly and put zero pressure on me at all. Overall buying from Direct Cars and dealing with Tom and Phil was an absolute pleasure, so happy with my new car and the service I received. Will definitely use again!”

“Very efficient salesman who listened to my criteria for a car and then selected those possible for me to look at. I was then able to sit in each car before making a decision. After deciding on one particular car I was then able to test drive it around the complex.”

“Sales man fantastic, extremely disappointed with the finance team not knowing policy with GAP insurance waisting my time, where I was waiting for nearly 3 hrs to drive my new car away. However salesman fantastic.”

We do apologise for the confusion in relation to the GAP policy, our finance team member made a genuine oversight in the age of the vehicle you purchased, which wouldn't have been covered by our current GAP provider.
