“I’m really pleased with the car that I have bought and the service was excellent. The sales person, Ian Whiting, from the Sheffield branch, was excellent and offered the kind of customer care that I really value. Ian was helpful, knowledgeable and conscientious. He was on hand to answer questions but didn’t push or pressure you. Ian ensured that the car was ready in the time we agreed. All together an easy experience and I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from Direct Cars in the future.”
