“It should be written into law that all car sales companies should deal with their public the way that Direct Cars do. I cannot buy from a company who just hang around and try to pressure you into buying a car you don't want. The service at Direct cars is exemplary. You can wander round all day long, ask for the keys to look inside any vehicle, and the staff are there in the background (not hovering) if you want any advice. I've just bought my second car from them in 3 years, and I wouldn't entertain looking anywhere else. Andy (our helpful salesman) was very courteous and professional. The pricing of our car was very fair and we felt Andy was completely honest with us regarding all our questions. Direct cars offered us very close to what we hoped for the trade in for our vehicle. Our trust in Direct Cars is such, that even though they're on the wrong side of Sheffield for us, we will only take our car there for it to be regularly serviced and MOT'd - because we know, they will do a thoroughly professional job.”

“I find Direct Cars easy to deal with, they have a wide range of vehicles for sale and are competitively priced. The sales people are friendly and not at all pushy, explaining everything in detail and answering any questions I asked.”

“I’ve never bought a car online before and was really nervous about it. After talking with Daniel at Direct Cars I decided to go ahead with the purchase of the kuga. When the car arrived it was everything Direct Cars said it was. I did have a few issues with the car and expected some hassle to get this sorted out. I couldn’t have been more wrong, both Daniel and Tony worked with me to solve the issues with the minimum of grief. In fact it was me that was dragging my heels in sorting things out, and the guys still honoured their word in resolving my issues. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Direct Cars again, and would definitely recommend them to family and friends. I can only thank the guys for their patience and wasting no time in sorting things out for me. My wife and I are delighted with our car. Thanks again guys.”

“Unlike other places this felt very relaxed and with no pressure of a sale from the salesmen. When ready we approached them and received a warm welcome and had a very honest discussion about what we wanted. We were able to test drive the car, was given details of price, etc and how trading would work. Assistance was given with the DVLA registration changes and with taxing the vehicle. The salesman was out point of contact throughout and always responded promptly to questions we had. It wasn’t in any way a stressful process save for parting with my money 😊”

“We went to view a car that I had seen online through the website and Luke was very helpful. Talked me through my different options with regards to payment and also about the car itself. He was a very good friendly salesman who was very helpful. When I collected the car, we dealt with Matt as Luke was with another customer at the time. Again, a great service from Matt. Everything went smoothly and I’m very happy with the service and of course my new lovely car.”

“Came to buy a car on New Years Eve, dealt with Matt Elliott, who was pleasant and friendly. No pressure sales which was welcomed, answered all our questions and provided what he offered us when picking the car up on 7th Jan. All in all took 1hr from seeing the car to signing for it. “So happy 😀 with my smart car, thank you 🙏 to Nick for arranging everything, really helpful/ professional and he kept me informed of progress.
