“It should be written into law that all car sales companies should deal with their public the way that Direct Cars do. I cannot buy from a company who just hang around and try to pressure you into buying a car you don't want. The service at Direct cars is exemplary. You can wander round all day long, ask for the keys to look inside any vehicle, and the staff are there in the background (not hovering) if you want any advice. I've just bought my second car from them in 3 years, and I wouldn't entertain looking anywhere else. Andy (our helpful salesman) was very courteous and professional. The pricing of our car was very fair and we felt Andy was completely honest with us regarding all our questions. Direct cars offered us very close to what we hoped for the trade in for our vehicle. Our trust in Direct Cars is such, that even though they're on the wrong side of Sheffield for us, we will only take our car there for it to be regularly serviced and MOT'd - because we know, they will do a thoroughly professional job.”

“Absolutely loved our experience with direct cars, very professional and no hassle, kept informed from start to picking up our new car, the experience was made complete with Shaun Palmers helpfulness and guidance, we felt completely relaxed as buying a new car can be an anxious time, there was no rushing we did everything in our time and Shaun’s help and kindness helped us to decide to make a purchase, thanks again, would highly recommend Direct Cars to anyone.”

“The service we received was well informed, honest and to-the-point. We were there to buy a car, which we did. No BS, No product upselling, No salesman fluff or PCP pushing. Just good people providing a good service in a way that best suited the customer and situation. Really happy with the new motor so far. Would 100% recommend.”

“The overall experience of purchasing was great. We required some scratches removing from the vehicle which they did. However we are waiting on the rear view mirror to be replaced which Matthew has assured us will happen. An we are waiting to be informed when this part is to arrive at Direct Cars.”

“No pressure service. Everyone so helpful but happy to leave you alone if all you want to do is browse. We’re more than pleased with our new car and would highly recommend Direct Cars. One slight critisism, and a very minor one is that our new car needed a service msg board resetting which, I was told, was a 20 minute job. It should have been done before we collected the car yet we’ve had to wait 3 weeks for the issue to be addressed.”
