“Excellent! Went to view a car I'd found on autotrader, salesman (Dan) was friendly and not at all pushy. Left us to view the car and we found him when we'd made the decision to buy it. Took us through the paperwork and we picked the car up some a few days later. Very happy with the car and the overall level of service, all jobs I asked to be done were done. The car looks amazing, thank you to everyone at Direct Cars.”

“Easy to view the fairly large and different selection of vehicles, no pressure from salespeople (you have to approach them if you want to have a closer look/test drive). No complaints from me”

“A great experience from start to finish. Lots of choice, no hassle or hard selling. I was told my car would have a full service and mot and any advisories would be fixed. I had 2 new tyres, break pads/disks and wind screen wiper blades replaced. I absolutely love my car. Thank you 😊”

“Dealt with Tom who was a no fuss sales person which for us worked really well. He was direct and straight forward about the car we purchased and it made buying a car a lot less stressful! Thank you Tom…….we were surprised how long it took to get the car (2 weeks from the deal being finalised and the car was paid for so we haven’t had as long a wait for a car before) we understand the wait was because of the volume of cars you sell and we did have to have a few things looked at by Fiat Warranty. Overall a great place to see a car you like, test drive (although not the best test drive) get the deal done and drive away feeling good about it all!”

“I have purchased around five cars from Direct Cars, I have found all the cars to have been really good buys, always good quality vehicles, that are easily maintained, Direct Cars provide great customer service, I appreciate the fact that there is no hard sell, but they are there when you need advice, Ian was great, he explained workings of the vehicle as I was switching a manual drive for an Automatic Transmission , the be paperwork is minimal and easy to understand, I had a good experience from start to finish and my new vehicle was handed over to be in immaculate condition overall Direct Cars sell very reliable cars at good prices well worth a visit.”
