“Everything went OK as expected, car no big problems just seems to be a bolt missing from the boot area that could be sorted when I come back for no plates fitting, other than that quite happy up to now with purchase.”

“I recently bought a car from Direct Cars, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience – especially thanks to Luke, the salesman who looked after me. As a young woman, I’ve had my fair share of car sales experiences where I’ve felt pressured or talked down to, but that definitely wasn’t the case here. Luke was professional, approachable, and genuinely listened to what I needed. I never once felt pressured or patronised. He worked hard to make sure I was getting a fair deal and did everything he could to meet my needs. The team were open to negotiation, transparent, and made the whole process feel smooth and stress-free. I felt really looked after and left feeling confident in my purchase. I would absolutely recommend Direct Cars – and especially Luke – to anyone looking for a fair, respectful, and supportive car-buying experience.”

“This is our 8th car and each time the buying experience is so easy no hassle from the sales team which is a big tick in my book all the cars we've had have been excellent we still have our Kuga which we've owned for 6 yes now as well as our latest buy only a few days ago keep up the great work all at direct cars. Especially Lan whiting & Nick waddle.”

“It was good to be able to browse through the large stock of cars, and when we found some that interested us they were unliocked and we were left to sit inside and get the feel of the vehicle. Further discussion with Luke was unhurried and we didn't feel under pressure. It was good to have a short drive on your premises .Payment and pick up were by mutual arrangement, and went smoothly. A good experience, other dealerships could learn!”

“Just bought another car from Direct Cars, we have had a few over the years. Compared to other Car Sale showrooms it is one of the best. It is well laid out and you are free to look around with out anyone bothering you, but if you need assistance it is available. I am more than happy with the car and feel the price was reasonable. Direct Cars it my first choice when looking to purchase a car.”

“Excellent! Went to view a car I'd found on autotrader, salesman (Dan) was friendly and not at all pushy. Left us to view the car and we found him when we'd made the decision to buy it. Took us through the paperwork and we picked the car up some a few days later. Very happy with the car and the overall level of service, all jobs I asked to be done were done. The car looks amazing, thank you to everyone at Direct Cars.”
