“I recently bought a used car from Direct Cars and was very pleased with the experience overall. The staff were all polite, friendly and helpful and everything was explained clearly to me. There was no pressure selling and my family and I were able to inspect the car by ourselves; and I was offered the option of trying the car out on the yard behind the car showroom, which for me was preferable to taking a car out onto the roads when I was not familiar with the controls. As the car was due an MOT, this was done plus a sevice and all the advisory work was done free of charge, they also put in a new Cam belt. When I'd got the car home I noticed an issue whith the clutch, I was told to bring the car back in, repairs were done promptly despite it being a bank holiday weekend and free of charge as it was under warranty for a month from Direct Cars. I would definitely buy a car again from this dealer.”

“Excellent experience, from contacting Ian for a test drive, to the purchase and collection of my vehicle. Nothing was too much trouble. All questions were answered and issues corrected. I would definitely recommend Direct Cars for their personal assistance throughout my car shopping experience. It was easy, hassle free and my car was in pristine condition. “Excellent service, no pushy sales people. Very polite & professional. Serviced & checked car before release. They noticed the rear camera wasn't up to standard. So offered either a later collection or to come back when the camera had arrived. Only had the car 2 weeks, but super happy with it. I would certainly recommend Direct Cars.”

“We reserved the vehicle ahead of viewing it as we were having to travel a couple of hours to go and see it. The gentleman on the phone was lovely, very helpful answering our questions, and wished us a safe journey. Traffic on the motorway was horrendous on our way there, and as we were alot later than what we had said we'd be, the gentleman rung to check that we were OK. We arrived with only 25 minutes to look at the vehicle and test drive it on the grounds. Tom gave us the key and left us to have a look and a drive, and told us where he'd be if we wanted him for anything. There was no pressure or babbling on like you get with other vehicle sales establishments. The vehicle is exactly what we want and need, and sorting out the paperwork was quick and easy. Both gentlemen that we dealt with from reserving, to buying, and then to collecting were friendly, easy to talk to and professional. We are glad we bought our vehicle from here and would definitely recommend Direct Cars. Thanks guys!”
