“I've used direct cars many times and have always found the staff excellent. Friendly, helpful and not pushy with sales. Any after sale issues with new vehicle quickly sorted with minimal fuss.”

“I find direct cars the best place to buy a car from they are all friendly helpful and always look after you iv bourt cars from them for well over 10years and will probably continue for over the next ten years dave and shaun are the sales guys to ask for both 5 star 🌟 guys and zed in finance is also a 5 🌟 they all make you feel welcome and help you as much as they can thank you”

“I have used Direct Cars on a number of occasions for myself and with family members. The sales staff are helpful without being intrusive or aggressive in their manner. You have to approach them. The online website and expansive display area make choosing a suitable vehicle an enjoyable and easy proposition. I would consider using them for any future purchase.”

“The customer service I received from Ian was excellent as always. The little jobs that needed doing on my new car were done prior to collecting. This is the 4th car that we as a family have bought from Direct Cars and we always deal with Ian. Other members off staff are all very friendly and welcoming at all times. That is one of the reasons why we always go back! As well as the cars being on for a good price.”

“I want to thank one person that made my experience one that will keep me coming back to direct cars. Thank you Ian ( Sheffield)for taking the time to talk, to understand our family needs and to go over and above to make everything happen smoothly. We came back from holiday with my son having had an accident and what could have been a stressful experience was made smooth and easy as Ian looked after us. Ian was exceptional and I have recommended him to everyone - he could not have been any better and I can’t speak highly enough of him. Thank you so much - we love our Citroen C4 and will be back!”
