“Everything went OK as expected, car no big problems just seems to be a bolt missing from the boot area that could be sorted when I come back for no plates fitting, other than that quite happy up to now with purchase.”

“I recently bought a car from Direct Cars, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience – especially thanks to Luke, the salesman who looked after me. As a young woman, I’ve had my fair share of car sales experiences where I’ve felt pressured or talked down to, but that definitely wasn’t the case here. Luke was professional, approachable, and genuinely listened to what I needed. I never once felt pressured or patronised. He worked hard to make sure I was getting a fair deal and did everything he could to meet my needs. The team were open to negotiation, transparent, and made the whole process feel smooth and stress-free. I felt really looked after and left feeling confident in my purchase. “This is our 8th car and each time the buying experience is so easy no hassle from the sales team which is a big tick in my book all the cars we've had have been excellent we still have our Kuga which we've owned for 6 yes now as well as our latest buy only a few days ago keep up the great work all at direct cars. “I recently visited Direct Cars after spotting a vehicle online, and I was really impressed with their wide selection. Although I initially came to view just one car, there were plenty of great options on the lot. Luke, one of the salesmen, was very helpful and arranged an on-site test drive, which was a great bonus. One downside was the two-week wait to collect the car due to their high sales volume, which was a bit disappointing. After picking up the car, I experienced a few issues. Direct Cars resolved the first problem quickly, but unfortunately, the same issue reoccurred just hours after getting the car back. They took the car back again and had it for another two weeks. During this time, I felt a bit let down due to the lack of communication—I wasn’t kept updated and felt like I was being pushed to the back of the queue. That changed when I got in touch with Dave, who called me daily with updates and really kept me in the loop. His communication made a big difference. Despite the setbacks, I would still recommend Direct Cars. They addressed all the issues with the car and stood by their service, taking the car back promptly each time. I’m now happily enjoying my new car, and I’d like to thank both Luke and Dave for their support throughout the process.”
