“Purchased a Jaguar XF from Direct Cars. Shaun Palmer was their salesman and he was extremely helpful and not pushy. I picked up the car just over a week later and on the way home there was a problem with a warning light and so I contacted Shaun. They immediately offered to supply a courtesy car and took the car back to Sheffield for repairs. These were done very quickly despite the bad weather. I now have the car back and there are no further issues. Thankyou to all at Direct Cars.”

“We found our perfect car at direct cars. The sales man shaun palmer was really nice he left us to look around the car and take it for a spin he didn't put any pressure on us he was friendly yet explained the process very clearly making us feel comfortable. Highly recommend shaun.”

“I purchased a 420i XDrive Gran Coupe from Direct Cars recently and they were extremely helpful throughout the process. As I live in London I spoke over to phone to the team and they answered every query sent detailed pictures and were really polite. Pickup was a breeze with all issues on the car rectified before I arrived. Special thanks to Luke who amazing in helping me with the entire purchase from beginning to end. I would recommend Direct Cars and definitely purchase from them in the future!”

“Direct Cars is an excellent place to look for a new car. There is a wide selection to choose from and are well priced. The staff are also easy to deal with and do not pressure you into a sale. This means that looking for the right car is not a stressful experience. Highly recommended.”

“I arrived at the agreed time to find everything ready for me to collect the car. My part exchange car was checked with out problem and all the paperwork dealt with quickly. The only suggestion I have to improve your service is the extra charge for cleaning the new car and 10 litres of fuel. Given the cost of cars it might be better to absorb that charge into the cost of the vehicle. I am pleased with my new car and so far all is very good.”

“I bought a Vauxhall Astra GTC from Direct Cars online. When I picked the car up it was exactly as described in the advert...perfect! The Salesman Tom was fantastic and handled everything prior to my arrival for collection. The whole process was a breeze and Tom was a star. Although I had misgivings about purchasing a car without even seeing it, and being up in Newcastle, I needn't have worried at all. The price was very competitive also, I have since seen the same model car for considerably more in other garages. I can not recommend Direct Cars enough, they really are a class outfit and I will be back when it's time to change. Thank you Leon Gingell from Newcastle”

“So far, we have been very impressed with our dealings with Direct Cars. Ian Whitting was so helpful. He wasn’t a ‘pushy’ salesman, this has certainly put us off purchasing cars from other dealerships. Ian listened to us and talked us through the process carefully. Nothing was too much trouble. The purchase of the car was an easy process. I also liked how cars were ready to sell and there was no stretches and chips which needed to be dealt with after we had agreed the purchase.”
