“Very good . Would recommend to friends and would buy my next car from here as well. Been very helpful . None of the staff bothered me whilst I was browsing and Shaun was amazing when I finally found a car I was interested in and answered any questions I had about the vehicle . He also helped my dad pick out his car when I went to pick mine up and helped both of us and explained what everything was .”

“Would definitely buy a car from here again and recommend to friends . Shaun was brilliant for both me and my daughter when purchasing our cars and answered every question we had to ask, never felt pressured into buying a car we didn't want or any extras and direct cars have been really helpful with my daughter wanting to add on extras after purchase.”

“Lots of different cars to look at and it’s nice that a salesman isn’t breathing down your neck while you’re browsing. When you do need a salesman they are very helpful and ready to answer any questions you have. Don’t think I’ve ever felt so at ease looking for a car.”

“This is the second car we have bought from Direct Cars. What we like is there are no pushy salesmen, and they allow you to take your time to brows and think about your next purchase. Our sale representative was Shaun at the Sheffield Branch, and this was our second encounter with him. His honesty and relaxed approach made our choice and visit a nice experience. The information received and the purchasing process was made very explainable, allowing us to come away with our new car.”

“Love the process at Direct Cars. You can browse around without being bombarded by staff. They let you take the keys to have a look inside the car and you can have a test drive if you so wish. Purchased my last 3 cars from Direct Cars. Always done the deal with Shaun Palmer. Shaun is great in his role, is happy to listen to any questions and answer accordingly. Shaun will go above and beyond to make you feel at ease and handles every sale in a professional manner. I look forward to using Direct Cars and Shaun when I need my next vehicle.”
