“Purchased my car on the on the 7th December 2022. I didn't live local so managed to px and collect on the same day. The car had developed a couple of issues. I contacted the service department who were fantastic. They travelled to my home and left a courtesy car. My car was repaired and delivered back to my home address within two days. Fantastic service by Direct Cars. If you're thinking of purchasing a vehicle from them just do it. After sales service was second to none. Love the car aswell.”

“Purchased a car from Direct cars on 7th December 2022. I didn't live locally. I found a couple of faults with the car and contacted their service department who were absolutely brilliant. They Brough me a courtesy vehicle and took my car for repair. Within a couple of days the car was back and all faults had been fixed. Can't fault them at all. Fantastic customer service and I for one will be back in the future. If you're thinking of purchasing from them. Do it, Fantastic company you won't be disappointed.”

“I found them very easy to deal with. I'm very fussy and made some awkward requests such as photos of the underside of the car before I visited and to see under the car using the lift while I was there. They accommodated me, were friendly and courteous, made the whole process effortless and I'm really pleased with the car I have purchased. My only criticism is the test drive route is very short and didn't allow you to get above 50mph so limited my ability to check the car thoroughly although thankfully no problems so far.”
