“Very good service,no pushy salesmen we dealt with Tom who 2 weeks prior helped my dad purchase a car and again was very helpful and was recommended to us as he was very helpful and nothing is too much trouble made it all a plesent experience.”

“Booked a test drive via messenger on the Friday morning, Direct Cars put the keys to one side for me until I arrived that evening. I noticed the car on arrival and as I was giving it a quick look over, Tom came out with the keys and told me to have a proper look round and left me to it. Tom was really friendly and put zero pressure on me at all. Overall buying from Direct Cars and dealing with Tom and Phil was an absolute pleasure, so happy with my new car and the service I received. Will definitely use again!”

“Was a very good experience, Nick was very helpful but not pushy. I came to view the car & was left entirely alone to have a good look. Came back on a second visit to test drive & again Nick was very helpful. My part exchange valuation was fair ( we always want a bit more!!). On the day of pick up all went smoothly and the balance owed to me was paid into the bank the same day.”

“Cash sale so no problem with things. Test drove different car to the one I purchased . Cannot believe they have not changed a tyre for sake of £50 n sent me home with a cracking rear tyre photo below. But I know it will punish them more by this review.”

“After purchasing a vehicle advertised as AWD 180bhp version I discovered that I had actually bought a 2wd 120bhp.I only found this out by looking through the mobility paperwork which showed this,I only had to do this because the service book and entire book pack was missing along with red trimmed carpet mats and tourneo cover.I collected the car three weeks later only to discover the replacement carpet mats had not arrived and had to be delivered to my home address be a member of staff a further week later at my convenience along with a revised invoice stating vehicle was mis-sold!.Final point boot light did not work and upon investigation I found the feed wire had been left disconnected and tucked up inside trim presumably when tow bar had been installed by previous owner and still haven’t found 12v socket feed yet!.”

Hi Jamie, Sorry to hear you were not happy with the service you received and that we have not lived up to our usual 5 star standard in this case. As soon as you brought it to our attention that the vehicle had been misdescribed we immediately offered you a full refund. However, as you stated you loved the vehicle and declined this offer, we agreed to give you some money back instead. This caused us to generate another invoice and we annotated it with the reason for doing so. The book pack, red trimmed carpet mats and tourneo cover were ordered when you bought the vehicle, but did not arrive in time for your collection date. To avoid delays we delivered them to your home address as soon as they arrived instead. We are sorry if this was in any way an inconvenience for you. We can only apologise for the boot light fault and that you are still having issues with the 12V socket feed. If you give our service department a call they will be happy to assist you. Regards

“Had a great experience with Direct Cars. I saw a car I was interested in and spoke with them on their chat function. They responded instantly and we sorted out a test drive quickly. What I particularly liked about them is that they weren't pushy with trying to sell me the car at all. They left me to it to have a look by myself and were on hand for any questions I had. I would highly recommend them. They have a great selection of cars, that are not overpriced. They are personable and knowledgeable. I love my new car! So thank you Direct cars team, in particular Nick who sold me my new car!”
