“After our car was written off by an Arsonist we were out looking for another car we tried other big car retailers in the area but were disappointed in their range quality and customer service. then my son-in-law suggested we tried Direct Cars and WoW we are glad we did not only did we find a Quality car at a great price we found several we were left alone to look and decide with no input from Direct unless we required it after choosing the car we wanted we went inside to sort out the details etc where we had the pleasure of Ian Whitting dealing with us and I have to say the customer service professionalism and care we received was second to none & it was the same from Iam when we picked up our new car the week after. all we can say is if we are in the hunt for another car in the future it will be Direct Cars we go to again and will definitely be recommending them to friends and family too thanks for a lovely car and service guys xXx”
